Jehovah is the most reverent of all of the names used for God throughout the Old Testament.  From Hebrew, it is also translated as "Yahweh" (I am; the eternal living one).  In our English translations of the Bible, it is usually written as "LORD" (in all capital letters).  This card's design seamlessly encases the symbol for infinity inside of a heart to signify God's eternal, self-derived, and permanent existence along with His encompassing love.
