IMPORTANT NOTICE: Orders placed between Monday 02/24/2025 - Sunday 03/02/2025 will not be shipped out until Monday 03/02/2025. After 21 years, Evergreen Cards has made the difficult decision to close down operations by mid-2025. Wanting to be good stewards of the resources that the Lord has so graciously provided for us over our business lifetime, during these past months our card-cutting ladies have used up as much of our raw material inventory as possible to cut extra cards. We have then shipped all remaining finished inventory from our warehouse in Shanxi to the U.S. for final liquidation. As such, you'll notice that all of our remaining beautiful hand-cut cards and bookmarks have now been reduced by at least 50% off retail. This is your chance to get all of your greeting card needs--for everyday, special occasions, or even for your 2025 (and 2026) Christmas needs at prices lower than we've been able to offer during our entire 21-year history! But don't wait or you'll be disappointed because when our remaining limited inventory is gone, it's gone. Refund Policy

Returns: 

We want you to love your hand-cut Evergreen cards and bookmarks! If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please return it postage-prepaid within two (2) weeks from the date of delivery to Evergreen Cards USA, 6854 Prince Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80918 for exchange or full refund (less original shipping and handling charges). Please also notify us via email of your shipment and the reason for your return.  Please note that all custom-order sales are final and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

When returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to and show up on your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

If your refund hasn't been posted within 10 days of the above notification of receipt email, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable): 

We only replace items that are clearly defective or that have been damaged during shipment. If you need us to replace an item/items, please email us your request. Please also attach a picture of the defective or damaged item(s) to your email request. Depending on where you live, it may take some time for your exchanged product(s) to reach you.
